Sustainablity is a buzzword with some sway around here at Open Hand. We are always trying to incorporate local, organic products into our programs but what if sustainable meant something entirely different? Does our food need to have rustic backstory to be appealing? Here’s an interesting article on a potential new source of food from a very unlikely source.
